1. ACCOUNT TERMS
- •You must be a human. Accounts registered by "bots" or automated methods are not permitted.
- •You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
- •You are responsible for all content posted and activity that occurs under your account.
2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION & BILLING
- •DezynSync provides a design management tool including client portals and invoicing.
- •No Commission: DezynSync does not charge any transaction fees or commissions on invoices your clients pay. 100% of the money paid by your clients goes directly to you.
- •Direct Payment: DezynSync is not a payment processor. We facilitate the display of your bank details on invoices, but the actual transaction occurs between your bank and your client's bank. We are not responsible for any payment disputes or banking errors.
3. STORAGE & USAGE LIMITS
- •Free/Starter plans may have limited storage.
- •Agency plans include up to 1TB of storage. We reserve the right to review accounts that exceed reasonable usage patterns.
4. CANCELLATION AND TERMINATION
- •You are solely responsible for properly canceling your account.
- •30-Day Grace Period: Upon cancellation, your data will be held for 30 days, after which it will be permanently deleted. It is your responsibility to export your data before this period ends.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
- •We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you provide to the Service. Your profile and materials uploaded remain yours.
- •The "look and feel" of the Service is copyright © DezynSync. You may not duplicate or reuse any portion of the HTML/CSS or visual design elements without express written permission.
6. MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES
- •DezynSync reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service with or without notice.
- •Prices of all plans are subject to change upon 30 days' notice from us.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. DezynSync shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to loss of data or client disputes.
8. GOVERNING LAW
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the company is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
