  • Client Data: We store the names and project details of clients you add to your portal.
  • Billing Information: If you upgrade to a paid plan, we collect billing details through our secure third-party payment processor.
  • Invoicing Details: To facilitate direct payments, you may provide your bank account details (IBAN, Swift, etc.) which are only used to populate your generated invoices.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

  • To provide and maintain the DezynSync platform and client portals.
  • To facilitate your invoicing process.
  • To communicate with you regarding updates, security, and support.
  • To improve our tools based on your feedback.

3. DATA SHARING & DISCLOSURE

We do not sell your data. We only share information with third-party service providers (like hosting or payment processors) strictly necessary to run the app. We do not have access to your private financial transactions between you and your clients.

4. DATA RETENTION

If you choose to cancel your account, we retain your data for 30 days to allow for retrieval or reactivation. After 30 days, all data, including client portals and invoices, is permanently deleted from our servers.

5. SECURITY

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. Client portals are accessed via secure, unique links to ensure only intended recipients can view project dashboards.

6. YOUR RIGHTS

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can manage most of this directly through your account settings or by contacting support.
